By first assessing what does and does not work, I partner with leadership to design seminars for helping supervisors and managers improve their skills in building professional relationships by listening, giving clear expectations, and checking for understanding.

Preventing harassment and knowing how to respond to questionable behavior is everyone's responsibility.
